Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on 11/3/23 found that Traditional Pediatric & Adult Skilled Home Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an initial Medicare survey completed on 9/8/23.

Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on 9/8/23.
